During my xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the delicious food and the courteous staff. Another advantage was the convenient location near important amenities. the room service staff was quick to respond to any requests.
On the other hand, I was disappointed by the unpleasant odor and unclean conditions in the room and bathroom. the fact that smoking was allowed in common areas made it difficult to avoid second-hand smoke.

The staff at this hotel are some of the most polite and attentive I have ever encountered. the service provided by the housekeeping team was top-notch, and the food from the in-room dining menu was truly delicious. the location is wonderful, with many attractions found nearby and the added bonus of stunning views from certain rooms.
It was disappointing to find that the internet facilities were not properly explained, leading to confusion amongst guests.

The food served during Easter was delicious and the housekeeping supervisor and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the local area.
The hotel had several negative aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and family room was subpar, with dust and unpleasant odors present.
